We headed down to Orlando, FL to catch the U15’s battle it out.

Shaun and Kevin Lux of Lux-Lax informed us that their Atlanta Youth team, the Coyotes, had won their regional qualifer and were headed to Disney World and the Wide World of Sports to partake in the U15 National Tournament. It just so happens my cousin works for Disney, so we decided to make the roadtrip.

Being from Chicago, I haven’t much been exposed to the serious summer club team culture, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised with the talent level. I was unpleasantly surprised with the parents knowing everything and exhibiting their knowledge very loudly.

Hint: They knew very little.

Nonetheless, it was a very cool experience and we saw a lot of high quality lacrosse.

On to the best photography a blackberry will ever give you…

Team Colorado had some great sublimated gear. Love the state flag logo. Their shorts were a very mild royal and navy blue plaid.
