With the 2011-2012 campaign set to begin, it’s about that time to pass the throne to the new regime of bloggers.
Lloyd Christmas said it best…
It’s not all sad. Of the 6 original bloggers, 5 are returning this season. We’ve done a lot of great things with LRA over the past year and you can expect bigger and better things to come. It’s been a blast putting together the social media for IU Lacrosse. I hope all of you have enjoyed reading our posts and tweets as much as I have enjoyed writing posts and tweeting. Our goal is to grow the program, and I couldn’t be happier with the people who will be taking it from here. It’s been a lot of work, but IU lax is finally in the right direction.
I’ll be around the Lax Allstars boys plenty so I won’t be totally absent from LAS, but my experience with LRA has literally been life changing. Being able to interact with lacrosse fans everywhere, generating new friendships, and building the IU Lacrosse brand is something I will always be excited about.
Thanks, everyone, for reading and following along. I’ll sure miss keeping you updated with everything IU Lax. Maybe the fellas will let me have a guest post on alumni weekend. Until then, adios friends.
Don’t be surprised if the #16 is forever retired and hung in the rafters of Evan Williams Stadium.
