After a disappointing triple overtime loss, Indiana bounces back with a 14-4 victory over the Wildcats.

The Hoosiers scored 8 goals in the first quarter on 10 shots to effectively put the game out of reach.

After a quiet night against Ohio, freshman attackman David Sandberg, freshman middie David Haggerty, and sophomore attackman Jake Thomas bounced back on Saturday. Sandberg finished with 2 goals and 1 assist. Haggerty had 2 goals and 2 assists and won 5 of 9 face offs. Thomas tallied 3 goals and 1 assist.

Junior attackman Keegan McQuillan added 1 goal and 3 assists. He currently leads the team in points with 18 (6 goals, 12 assists). He is averaging 3 assists per game which ties him for 3rd in the country.

Sophomore middie Alex Eaton scored 3 times and dished out an assist. He leads the team in goals with 15 and has scored at least 3 in every game. Last season, our leading middie scorer had 9 goals.

Indiana committed eight penalties against Ohio. We took only one penalty against Kentucky.

Senior goalie Peter Moore made 10 saves.

Man up went 1-5, our worst performance of the year, but we were impressed with their ability to get into different looks off of the end line.
